Completed in May 2015, our apartment building offers modern, comfortable, and luxuriously appointed vacation apartments. Located in the second row—central yet very quiet—and right on the high bank, you’ll enjoy an incomparably beautiful view across the strait to the skyline of the Hanseatic city of Stralsund and the Rügen Bridge. Relax during your vacation on your large furnished sun terrace or the lawn in the 700-square-meter garden.
The barrier-free Atlantis apartment consists of a living room with an integrated kitchen (fully equipped), a sofa area (double sofa bed), a dining area, a bedroom with a double bed (1.80 m x 2.00 m), and a bathroom with a shower and infrared sauna. The furnishings are upscale, and the apartment features active ventilation and underfloor heating. The house faces directly south and has panoramic windows, a furnished terrace (26 m²) with sun loungers and a grill (available seasonally).

In the village of Altefähr, you’ll find the restaurants “Strandhaus” and “Athos,” as well as a café at the harbor where you can have breakfast and the legendary fish sandwich stand.
The mini-market, right across from our house, stocks fresh bread rolls and small everyday items.
For everything else, the Hanseatic city of Stralsund is just a stone’s throw away. In addition to car and bike, you can reach Stralsund by ferry and bus. Buses also run to Bergen and Putbus.
At the harbor, in the Altefähr Tourist Information office, there is a boat rental service for tours through the Bodden waters, water sports, or fishing.
The Strelasund is ideal for sailing, surfing, and kayaking. If you don’t know how to do any of these (yet), you can learn at the sailing school. You can rent the necessary equipment at the harbor.
The beach is perfect for swimming. Dogs can have fun on their own beach. The seaside resort of Altefähr is located on the “Rund Rügen” cycling trail.
